Service Center AdvisorSapp Bros is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Tocquerville, Utah. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with vehicle service needs, and managing service tickets in a fast-paced diesel maintenance environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide professional, courteous customer service and build strong relationshipsManage the service process from initial customer contact through completionWrite and oversee work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-upAssign work to technicians and monitor progress to meet deadlinesHandle incoming calls and customer inquiries efficientlyAssist with parts, inventory, and over-the-counter salesSupport fleet account customers as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out complianceThis position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient service experience for both customers and the shop team.
