Senior Manager, Financial Consolidations & M&A Integration
SRS Distribution is seeking an experienced and highly analytical accounting professional to serve as Senior Manager, Financial Consolidations & M&A Integration within the Consolidations and Financial Reporting team. This position is responsible for leading the consolidation of financial results across a growing portfolio of domestic and international subsidiaries and for supporting the financial integration of newly acquired entities. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, acquisition‑driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the monthly consolidation of financial information for domestic and international subsidiariesPrepare complete, accurate, and timely consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAPSupport the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise financial consolidation systemLead the onboarding and financial integration of newly acquired companies, including those operating on separate ERP platformsEnsure compliance with business combination accounting requirements and coordinate with third‑party valuation specialists regarding fair value measurementsPromote consistency in accounting policies and procedures across the organizationMaintain and update consolidation account mappings to ensure accurate financial reportingManage intercompany balances and activity, ensuring proper eliminations and reconciliation processesCollaborate with subsidiary finance teams to obtain required information in an organized and efficient mannerProvide support on technical accounting matters as neededPerform financial analyses and assist with ad hoc and corporate reporting requestsContribute to special projects across the accounting and finance functionsMinimum Years of Work Experience:8+ years of experience including a combination of both public accounting and relevant industry experienceMinimum Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in financial consolidation processes and a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with diverse business unitsMinimum Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeMaster’s degree in business administration (MBA), accounting, finance, or a related field preferred Certifications:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferredDirect Manager/Direct Reports:Reports directly to the Senior Director, Financial ReportingTravel Requirements:Travel is not typically required for this role.
