The engineer will ensure reliable movement and transformation of data across the enterprise ecosystem, with a focus on healthcare and financial/ERP systems.Required Experience12+ years of experience in data integration, ETL/ELT, or enterprise application integrationStrong experience integrating ERP, financial, accounting, and healthcare systemsHands-on experience with API-based and event-driven architecturesStrong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliationExperience with real-time, near-real-time, and batch integration patternsExperience working with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and/or data lakesStrong understanding of integration architecture, data flows, and source-to-target mappingsExperience with healthcare data and systems is highly preferredExperience with financial data such as GL, AP/AR, billing, revenue, claims, or financial reporting is a plusStrong troubleshooting and production-support experiencePreferred SkillsREST/SOAP APIs and microservicesKafka or other event-streaming technologiesETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similarCloud data integration platformsSQL and database technologiesHealthcare standards such as HL7/FHIR are a plusExperience integrating ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similarStrong communication and ability to work with business, data, and application teamsMandatory Requirements12+ years of experienceDay 1 onsite in CT or MNMust be able to join within 2 weeksStrong healthcare + financial/ERP integration experience preferred
