Communicates with psychiatrist/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including: results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.Reports ToQMP, Clinic ManagerTRAINING And EXPERIENCERequired:Basic computer knowledgeMaintaining confidentiality of all patient informationMaintaining quality assurance and compliance with all regulatory agenciesAbility to implement and support procedures and programs pertaining to patient safety and securityBehavioral health experience preferred and will be prioritized when scheduling interviewsLicenses And CertificationsRequired:Valid New York State RN LicenseBLS certification.Preferred:RN-BC (Registered Nurse Board certification in Psychiatric-mental health nursing certificate through NCC (National Certification Corporation)EducationRequired:Associates Degree in NursingThe listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
