Smokehouse Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Tyrone, PADepartment: Smokehouse OperatorHours: 3pm-11pmClemens Food Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Smokehouse Operator to support our Smokehouse Department. This position is responsible for monitoring the cooking and chilling processes to ensure all products meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor smokehouse operations to ensure products are cooked according to company specificationsOversee the chilling process to ensure products are cooled in compliance with company requirementsLoad and unload smokehouses and brine chillers safely and efficientlyAccurately complete and maintain weight sheets, charts, and production documentationAssist with hourly inspections of smokehouse rooms to identify and report SSOP (Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures) deficienciesFollow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standardsPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed specificationsBasic documentation and recordkeeping skillsAbility to work in a production environment with temperature variationsAbility to lift, push, or pull product and equipment as requiredTeam-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and qualityWhy Join Clemens Food Group?
