Drivers run consistent OTR freight with weekly home time. Freight is 100% no-touch with a mix of 50-60% drop and hook and 40-50% live unload, helping reduce downtime between loads.Freight movement remains consistent throughout the week with dispatch support helping drivers stay informed on route timing, available miles, and delivery expectations before each trip begins. Drivers are paid $100 per day during orientation to help support them as they transition into the position.
