Our projects are primarily in the tri-state area, with a growing national presence. We're a small, serious office where the work gets noticed and the people who do it are known by name.We're looking for a Designer / Project Manager who can own a project, not just run it. You enjoy mentoring junior staff and take that seriously.QualificationsDemonstrated experience managing projects, consultants, clients, and budgets independently. 8–10+ years of post-graduate experience in a design-focused practice, with recent work in private residential projects at small to medium-sized firms. Professional degree in architecture from a US-accredited school. Licensed or on a clear path to licensure. Construction Administration experience required. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino or SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Suite. Monograph, Asana, or Smartsheet experience a plus. Must reside in the NYC metro area with valid US work authorization and fluent English.What We OfferWork that matters, on projects that get built and get noticed.
