Project Manager – Cold Storage / Food & Beverage I’m working with our client, a highly respected general contractor, to find a Project Manager to support their growing cold storage and food processing group.This role will have ownership across preconstruction and project execution, partnering closely with both design and field teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects.What you’ll be doing:Lead projects from early design through completionManage estimating, budgeting, and biddingWork closely with superintendents on schedule, logistics, and cost controlBuild strong relationships with clients and subcontractorsSupport contract management and overall project performanceWhat they’re looking for:4–10 years of construction experienceBackground in big box, industrial, or complex projects (cold storage is a plus)Strong preconstruction and financial management experienceWillingness to travel a few times per monthGreat opportunity to join a team known for strong culture, collaboration, and long-term growth.
