Hennis Care Centre of Bolivar is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility. Our facility has four nursing units: Transitional Therapy, Rehab, Long-term Care and Memory Care. About the Position: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus* Free company-provided CEU's Complimentary lunches provided for staff daily We are looking for a reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to take excellent care of our residents while working together as a team, where you will: Advocate for the needs of the residents and/or their families Supervise and oversee the work of STNAs Ensure that care plans are carried out appropriately Perform routine nursing measures, such as vital signs, weights, food intake, and behavior monitoring Administer medications and treatments Perform diagnostic tests as ordered Document resident information in an electronic charting system Coordinate resident care in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care Effectively make decisions to maximize the best clinical outcome for the resident Be accountable for nursing compliance, excellence, and delivery of resident care in adherence to the organization, local, state, and federal regulations Complete admissions and discharges in a timely manner, including documentation Assure HIPAA requirements are followed at all times Qualifications: · Current RN license in the state of Ohio is required. · Prior experience in long term care/skilled nursing is a plus, but not required · All applicants must complete a pre-employment physical as well as a drug and alcohol screen. · All applicants must have a criminal background check prior to employment.
