Group Fitness Instructor

Job Overview Join our dynamic fitness team as a Group Fitness Instructor and inspire members to achieve their health and wellness goals through energetic, engaging, and expertly led classes. In this role, you will deliver an intentional blend of yoga, Pilates, strength training and cardio in one full body-mind-soul experience to participants of all fitness levels. Your passion for fitness, combined with your ability to create a positive and inclusive environment, will empower individuals to push their limits and enjoy the journey toward better health. Duties Lead diverse group fitness classes such as cardio, strength, yoga, Pilates, cycling, dance, CrossFit, and kickboxing, ensuring safe and effective workouts for all participants Develop creative class programs that incorporate principles of physiology, body mechanics, anatomy, and program design to maximize results and engagement Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and modifications tailored to individual needs and abilities Foster an energetic and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation and builds community spirit Monitor participant safety throughout classes, providing guidance on proper form and injury prevention Promote upcoming classes, memberships, personal training sessions, and fitness programs to enhance member involvement and retention Maintain equipment safety checks, cleanliness standards, and class schedules to ensure a seamless experience for members Skills Extensive knowledge of group fitness methodologies across disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, cycling, dancing, sports coaching, and CrossFit Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, health club operations, and body mechanics to tailor workouts effectively Proven ability to teach diverse populations with enthusiasm and clear communication skills Experience in fitness sales or promoting fitness programs is a plus Ability to design innovative workout routines that challenge participants while ensuring safety Passion for motivating others through energetic instruction and positive reinforcement Familiarity with gym equipment operation and maintenance is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise fuels others’ passion for movement!
