You'll collaborate with the Client Services Leadership Team on tactical account aspects and contribute to strategic development. We are a powerhouse in transforming challenges into innovative solutions for businesses and brands.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, managing relationships and expectationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across all stakeholders (clients, vendors, properties, etc.)Oversee and support client event activations, including on-site presence, product sampling, talent coordination, and hospitality managementDevelop and execute event marketing initiatives, including customized programs, promotions, and activationsManage and track program and event budgets, ensuring financial accountability, forecasting costs, and reconciling post-event expensesPrepare post-event reports, budget reconciliations, and client status updatesDevelop a strong understanding of the client’s business, brand, and competitive landscape.Assist with vendor contract negotiations, budget planning, and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligationsProvide strategic input to optimize client programs, resolve challenges, and support new business development or client renewal effortsProject manage custom asset design, fabrication, and delivery, working closely with the creative and fabrication teams to ensure quality and budget alignmentQUALIFICATIONSFour or more years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an experiential or event agency setting, with a background in client managementStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and confidence in client interactionsAbility to think strategically and creatively, effectively communicating insights and recommendationsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent time management, project management, organizational, and budget management skillsDemonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure seamless collaborationAbility to travel up to 30% of the year and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as neededExperience with event production and mobile toursDemonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure seamless collaborationProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
