This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, equipment handling, and overall warehouse organization, while providing direction and support to Warehouse Associates. The Warehouse Lead will also be cross-trained to provide backup support for the Linen and Dish Departments as business needs require.This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, leadership capability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Benefits401k Safe Harbor with Employer 5% matchMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance offeredPTO and Holiday PayEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramPotential for overtimeEssential Duties and Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, including pulling, picking, staging, and verifying rental ordersAssign tasks and provide direction to Warehouse Associates to ensure productivity and accuracyVerify order accuracy and ensure all items meet quality and cleanliness standards prior to dispatchLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of rental itemsAssist with and oversee inventory control, including counting, restocking, labeling, and resolving discrepanciesInspect rental items for quality and cleanliness prior to staging or returning to inventoryTrain, coach, and support team members on warehouse processes, safety procedures, and best practicesClean, organize, and maintain warehouse areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspaceOperate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and carts) in accordance with safety guidelinesCross-train and provide support in Linen and Dish Departments, including sorting, counting, and preparing items for distributionMonitor workflow and adjust priorities as needed to meet operational demandsFollow proper material handling techniques to prevent damage to rental inventoryAdhere to company safety standards and ensure team compliance with PPE and safety practicesServe as a point of contact for warehouse-related questions and escalate issues to management as neededFollow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and managementPerform additional duties as assigned to support operational needsRequirementsSkills and Qualifications Ability to read, write, and identify numbers accuratelyAbility to follow and enforce written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to lead, train, and support a teamAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demandsWorking knowledge of warehouse operations requiredPrevious warehouse experience required; event rental industry experience preferredCommitment to workplace safety and proper lifting techniquesReliable attendance and punctualityPhysical Requirements Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds consistentlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and pull for extended periods of timeAbility to climb ladders and work at varying heightsAbility to perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSWhat is required to perform the essential functions.Experience 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or event-related environment preferredExperience with inventory control or shipping/receiving is a plusEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSalary Description$18-$20 per hour
