This leader will own strategy, execution, and scaling of our SDR organization with a focus on enterprise pipeline generation.You will hire, coach, and manage SDRs responsible for prospecting into engineering leadership and platform teams at enterprise companies.This role requires someone who can both operate strategically and get hands-on with outbound, helping build messaging, sequences, targeting strategies, and metrics that drive consistent pipeline creation.What You’ll DoBuild, hire, and lead a team of SDRs focused on enterprise outbound pipeline generationDevelop and execute outbound strategies targeting engineering leadership at enterprise companiesDesign prospecting motions across email, LinkedIn, and cold callingPartner closely with Marketing and Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign strategyEstablish SDR metrics, dashboards, and forecasting for pipeline creationCoach SDRs on enterprise prospecting, discovery, and account-based outreachContinuously improve playbooks, sequences, and targeting strategiesImplement best practices across sales tools, automation, and workflowsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in Sales Development or Outbound Sales2+ years managing SDR/BDR teamsExperience prospecting into enterprise accountsProven track record of building outbound pipelineExperience developing outbound messaging and playbooksStrong coaching and SDR development skillsComfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environmentFamiliarity with modern sales toolsBonus PointsExperience selling to engineering leaders or developer toolsExperience in SaaS startups (Series A–C)Experience building SDR teams from early stageWhy Join FarosWork with a category-defining product in developer productivityOpportunity to build and scale the outbound engine from an early stageCompetitive compensation + equityWork with a team passionate about improving how engineering teams build softwareInterested?Reach out or apply to help shape the future of software development at Faros.
