The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in painting trucks and large vehicles, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:Prepare truck surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming. Mix and match paint colors to achieve a seamless finish. Apply paint and finishes to vehicles, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members, including body technicians and service advisors, to ensure timely completion of projects. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new painting techniques. Qualifications:Proven experience as a professional painter in a body collision shop, specifically with trucks and large vehicles. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
