Support financial and accounting efforts. This position interacts directly with the sales leadership and the sales force, COO and reports to the Compensation Manager.Essential Duties:Assist in the calculation and validation of sales compensation across multiple teamsSupport monthly compensation reporting and payout processesMaintain accurate compensation data in spreadsheets and internal systemsHelp investigate and resolve compensation-related inquiries from sales repsCollaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and HR teams to ensure policy alignmentParticipate in process documentation and improvement effortsAssist in the creation of dashboards or summaries to track performance and trendsPerform data entry, reconciliations, and audits as assignedMaintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation informationProvide general administrative support to the Compensation and Finance teamMinimum Qualifications:Experience in Microsoft ExcelInterested in or pursuing an Accounting or Finance bachelor's degreeExperience with analysis and managing or leading othersStrong communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel informationProven ability to remain flexible in the face of change and changing prioritiesSolar industry experience a plus; direct selling industry a plus
