In this role, you will drive CRM strategy and execution, oversee digital content development and deployment, manage key technology platforms and partners, and ensure a seamless user experience. Managing one direct report, you will enhance site performance through personalization, new customer experiences, and strategic merchandising across email, SMS, and web. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of eCommerce.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee content creation and publishing across website, email, SMS, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistent brand storytellingBuild and optimize email and SMS messages, including welcome, abandoned cart, post‐purchase, loyalty, and re‐engagement flowsAnalyze customer behavior and performance trends to inform personalized content strategy, campaign planning, and optimizationsConduct A/B testing across site, email, and SMS to improve user experience and drive channel KPIsPartner cross‐functionally with operations, creative, and digital partners to execute campaigns and align initiatives with business objectivesManage vendors and technology partners to resolve issues, enhance capabilities, and support ongoing optimizations across site and CRM platformsHelp lead channel reporting, identify growth opportunities, and run optimization projects across eCommerce and CRMLead, coach, and develop team membersQualifications5‐8 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or content management—preferably within retail or e-commerceStrong understanding of digital and CRM platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, ERP system, iPaaS) and connectivity between eachExperience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics)Excellent writing, editing, and content management skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategiesAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast‐paced retail environmentAnnual salary: $80,000 – $120,000, depending on experience, education, and industry knowledge.LocationBoston, MAApplyIf you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your resume to: e-commerce@tracksmith.com.Due to internet hiring scam attempts, we encourage applicants for open positions listed at Tracksmith to apply through the following site: tracksmith.com/pages/team.
