RBT: Behavior Intervention & Data-Driven Support

AbleLight is seeking an RBT to implement behavioral reduction plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will collect data, support treatment goals, and communicate progress to families. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. This role calls for confidentiality and professionalism in client care.
