Do you possess good multi site management experience? Interested in joining a company with a proud reputation for doing things the right way?Our client is a well established business and due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Contract Manager to join their operational team and support the delivery of projects across the region.As a Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You'll work closely with site teams, clients and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly, while maintaining strong relationships and driving consistent performance across your sites.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple groundwork and infrastructure projects across residential sitesEnsure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectationsPromote and maintain a strong culture of Safety, Quality, Cost and TimeSupport and manage site teams to deliver work safely and efficientlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and company standardsIdentify and manage operational risks across projectsContribute to pre-start meetings, planning, resource allocation and reportingSupport the development of site teams including apprentices and emerging talentCandidate SpecificationExperience in a Contract Manager or similar role within groundworks or civil engineering a MUSTA practical, hands-on approach with the ability to lead and support teamsGood commercial awareness and understanding of contract deliverySMSTS and CSCS (Black Card preferred)Full UK driving licenceWhat They OfferA secure, well-established company with a strong pipeline of workA supportive and approachable leadership teamPensionOpportunities for progression and development within the businessIf you'd like to join a business that values integrity, teamwork and delivery, we'd love to hear from you!J-18808-Ljbffr
