This role is key in producing high-quality print, minimizing waste, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor high-speed Versamark inkjet systems to produce accurate, high-quality outputSet up jobs according to production specifications, including file verification, press calibration, and media adjustmentsWork with variable data files to ensure accurate personalization, addressing, and data integrity throughout production runsPerform routine press checks and control spoilage/waste to maintain efficiency and reduce costsFollow documented quality control procedures to verify print accuracy, color consistency, barcodes, and addressingConduct basic press maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure reliable press operationActively participate in department training programs to develop technical skills and stay current on equipment and processesCollaborate with the team lead and production staff, following all management system procedures, 5S, and Standard Work instructionsQualificationsPrevious experience operating web pressesKodak Versamark Ink Jet experienceHeidelberg and Goss Web Presses preferredMechanical aptitudeMust be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work in fast-paced environmentBenefitsAffordable medical insurance plansVision and dental insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions401(k) savings plan with company contributionsAdditional voluntary benefitsPaid holidays and floating holidaysPaid parental leaveCompany sponsored life insuranceShort and long-term disabilityJO is an equal employment opportunity employer.
