Provides strategic vision and operational oversight across marketing, admissions, registrar, student services, advising, retention, and completion initiatives. Ensures a seamless, data‑informed, student‑centered journey aligned with institutional goals for enrollment growth, satisfaction, persistence, and completion. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, collaborates with academic and administrative leaders to advance institutional priorities and deliver a high‑quality student experience.ResponsibilitiesEssential FunctionsLead, mentor and develop a diverse team of directors and staff across multiple departments. (60%) - Percentage in each department will depend on week.Oversee academic advising, student support services, tutoring, disability services, and student engagement initiativesOversee marketing, recruitment, and admissions strategies to attract, engage, and enroll mission‑aligned students.Oversee registrar functions including academic records, registration, course scheduling, degree audits, and graduation processing.Serve as a key member of the President’s Cabinet, contributing to institutional planning, accreditation, and strategic initiatives not limited to those below. (40%)Develop and execute a comprehensive, institution‑wide enrollment and student success strategy aligned with mission, market demand, and long‑term growth goals.
