Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized and advanced optometric care to our patients across Southern California. We pride ourselves on our commitment to improving vision health through the latest technologies and techniques.Role DescriptionDoctor will be provided a schedule of facilities to be visited (one per day) and will be provided an assistant for each work day. Doctors will be able to provide comprehensive eye care in a bedside setting with top of the line equipments such as retinal camera, b-scans and ERGs. PAJE Optometric is a mobile medical optometry practice servicing skilled nursing facilities and subacute/post-acute hospitals throughout Southern California.Job requirementsQualificationsDoctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry schoolState licensure to practice optometry in CaliforniaProficiency in conducting eye exams and diagnosing vision problemsTMOD certifiedSNF experience preferred but not required,Willing to drive various distances to various facilities,Proficient in refraction with retinoscopy racks,Proficient in anterior/posterior diagnoses, treatments, managements, and diagnostic orderingCompensationNO LIMIT! Compensation is production based (per exam, glasses pair, billable retinal photo, etc). and there is not cap to the amount that can be paid out.Mileage reimbursed per IRS guidelines
