What you will do Coordinate product launches with customers to ensure adoption and utilization metrics are monitored regularly and proactively communicated to customers Develop/revise customized training plans and conduct onsite and virtual training sessions Educate customers regarding content offerings, functionality, deployment and best practices for future educational needs Field customer questions and investigate issues Gather customer stories and case studies related to positive FinThrive Education use and outcomes Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success regarding contract renewals Stay up to date with changing payer rules, government regulations, coding standards, industry technology, revenue cycle roles and responsibilities, and key performance indicators in both facility and provider environments What you will bring 5+ years of C-level customer engagement experience A minimum of one coding credential (CCS, CPC, CPMA) Previous coding, clinical, revenue cycle, and/or patient access experience Revenue cycle experience Highly organized and detail-oriented Computer proficiency with various Microsoft Office products A passionate, hard-working, and team-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced setting Exceptional customer engagement skills Strong project management skills with excellent follow-through Tech-savvy and goal-oriented aptitude Travel required: Up to 50% depending on customer need What we would like to see Bachelor's and/ or Master's degree Clinical experience Strong project management and organizational skills About FinThrive FinThrive is advancing the healthcare economy.
