Job Advanced WidgetClearance Level - Must Be Able to Obtain: None U.S. Person Required: Yes Travel Percentage: Less than 10% Clearance Level - Must Currently Possess: None U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes Is Relocation Available: No Job DescriptionThis position will support Integrated Operations, Program Management, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Engineering by handling a variety of administrative functions, assigned projects, and tasks. Assists with assigned projects and clerical duties including: Filing, copying, document processing, developing and maintaining logs, taking and distributing meeting minutes, sorting and distributing mail. Develops and follows sound office practices. Assists with administrative functions including: arranging for travel/accommodations, training and departmental meetings. Assists Purchasing/ Facilities/Operations with purchases (P-card, Coupa, overhead supplies including office supplies and parts/material needs). Coordinates and schedules business meetings and assists with preparation of presentations as required. Uses general office and specialized software systems (i.e. MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, internal email system, etc.) to communicate and maintain calendars, schedules, reports, memos, databases, appointment reminders, etc. Demonstrates good judgment in problem-solving, including the ability to delegate/redirect to the appropriate department, level, and/or person. Maintains complete confidentiality and exercises discretion. Performs other duties, consistent with the position, as required or assigned. Office Environment Extensive computer usage Some lifting May require the use of safety equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. All employees must agree to comply with published safety policies. Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years + of directly related administrative/office/clerical experience. Must be computer literate in wordprocessing, databases, and spreadsheets. Uses general office and specialized software systems (i.e. MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, internal email system, etc.) Ability to deal with extremely confidential material without disclosing information to anyone without the need to know. Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a positive customer focused demeanor. Ability to recognize and protect confidential information. Comfortable working with a group of approximately thirty (30) employees, all levels. Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsThree+ years of directly related administrative/office/clerical experience. Experience in a Technical/Manufacturing/Production environment desirable MS office suite Highly organized Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $50277 - $80443 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
