Job Title: Senior Specialist, Licensing & CredentialingLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-time, exemptSalary: $60,000 - $70,000Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision (with company contribution), PTO Paid Time Off, 401kDescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Specialist, Licensing & Credentialing to support provider onboarding and compliance across a multi-state telehealth environment. This role is critical to ensuring our clinicians are fully vetted, credentialed, and ready to safely deliver care.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end medical licensing process.Assist with the onboarding process for new cliniciansEnsure timely acquisition and renewal of licenses for all SteadyMD physicians and nursesMaintain compliance with state and federal licensing regulationsAct as the primary liaison with medical boards and regulatory agenciesUpdate internal teams on changes in licensing laws and requirementsQualifications: 3+ years of experience in medical licensingWorking knowledge of current IMLC, FSMB, and reciprocity statesExperience managing licensing for physicians, and nurses across all 51 statesStrong knowledge of licensing regulations and credentialing best practicesExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Tools & Technologies: Slack, Licensing Software (Symplyr, Acorn, Modio, etc.), JIRA, GSuiteEEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
