Trelevate's focus is on empowering teams to drive long-term customer growth for its partners.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Entry Level Recruiter based in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. You have to love talking to people and telling a great story! The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and booking candidates with leadership for an outside sales roles within the organization. Daily tasks include reviewing candidates, screening resumes, making 70-80 calls daily, scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and assisting in the organization of hiring events. The Recruiter will also collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.QualificationsSuperior Customer Services SkillsLoves the Phones & Talking with PeopleExperience or knowledge in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordinationStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsOrganizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple hiring tasks efficientlyProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plusTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with different departmentsBasic knowledge of the Customer services / sales industry is advantageous but not requiredComp PackageBase 35-40K depending on expeiriece + BonusMedical + Dental Benefits + PTO + Holiday PayMonday - Friday 8-5pm Mon-Wed In office / Thur+Fri Remote
