There's never been a better or more exciting time to become a BMC nurse.Position: Registered NurseLocation: Med Surg - Neuro/Stroke/Infectious DiseasesSchedule: 24 Hours (Nights) w/ every other weekend/holidayABOUT THE Medical Surgical/7 West DEPARTMENT AT BOSTON MEDICAL CENTER:7 West is a 38-bed medical unit caring for patients on the Neurology and Stroke teams and houses the Special Pathogens Unit (SPU). The SPU is dedicated to caring for researchers and patients that may be exposed or infected with emerging infectious diseases such as Ebola. As a member of the SPU, you will be trained to care for a patient while wearing specialized PPE using strict containment strategies and adhering to policies and procedures that have been developed in accordance with CDC guidelines and recommendations.POSITION SUMMARY:As an RN in the Medical Surgical, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care.
