What You'll Do Install HVAC systems in new residential construction homes Install ductwork, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, grilles, bath fans, and refrigerant piping Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards Maintain a clean and safe job site Complete required documentation and operational reports Communicate effectively with supervisors, builders, and team members Safely operate a company vehicle when required Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience (ductwork and/or equipment installation) Experience working independently on residential new construction projects Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Own basic HVAC hand and power tools Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety and delivering quality workmanship Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-100 pounds Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments Why Join Strada Services?
