This role is for a competent, collaborative, and eager-to-learn attorney who wants to handle sophisticated work with significant mentorship.The caseload will cover Medical malpractice defense matters, professional liability, employment, and commercial litigation.Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other trial materials.Manage client communication and progress to independent case ownership.Receive direct mentorship and training from a hands-on partner invested in your development.You will need2-6 years of post-bar litigation experience.Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.Demonstrated experience taking depositions and handling litigation workflow independently.Strong legal writing and research skills (writing sample required).
