Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer telephone calls and provide personalized service to healthcare providers and parent/patient callers
Respond to inquiries with knowledge of client services and programs
Prioritize complex and emergent situations effectivelyRequired QualificationsOne to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a telephone-based role
Strong basic computer and keyboarding skills
Understanding of basic medical terminology is helpful
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
