Paul & Associates, a leading financial services firm based in Novi, MI, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team. The Client Service Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm while delivering a high level of service to both existing and prospective clients.This individual will help ensure a smooth, organized, and professional client experience by handling a variety of operational and client service responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering positive client relationships in a dynamic and team-oriented culture. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and have a passion for delivering exceptional client service, consider joining our team!What you’ll do:Process and track new business, including application submission and account transfer follow-up (ACATs)Manage ongoing client service requests such as beneficiary updates, withdrawals, and general account maintenanceAssist with annuity servicing, including index reallocationsHandle incoming client calls with professionalism and a strong focus on relationship buildingMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM (Redtail) /databasePrepare for client meetings by updating account summaries and organizing appropriate materials (reports, applications, and product information)Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflowWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degreeSeries 65 preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 daysMI Insurance license preferred (life & annuity), or willingness to obtain within 90 daysDemonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication; written and verbalSkilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidanceCollaborative team player willing to assist othersDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasksExhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracySelf-starter who takes initiative and works well independentlyDemonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial mattersBonus Points: Financial industry experience preferredWhat You’ll Get: Pay & Perks: $55k - $75k/year based on experienceDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance401(k) with 5% match (eligible at 1 year of service)Paid time offProfessional development assistanceSchedule: In office: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pmPresented by Advisor Talent SolutionsAdvisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
