Job DescriptionA large financial services company is seeking a senior, hands-on Full Stack Developer to join a brand-new initiative. This is not an architecture role — we need an experienced individual contributor who can come in, take ownership, and help stand up and deliver applications on GCP using Vertex AI.The ideal candidate has already built and deployed production applications on GCP, has hands-on experience with Vertex AI, and can comfortably work across the full stack (strong preference for both backend and frontend capability).Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on development of full stack applications using Java on the backendBuild and maintain user interfaces with ReactJSDesign, deploy, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Work with Vertex AI (new AI tooling the team is adopting)Use Terraform for infrastructure as codeCollaborate with existing backend developers while contributing across the stackHelp the team establish solid patterns and practices in this new spacepay rate: $50-60/hourWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
