Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Human Resources Specialist, based in San Antonio, TX, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits programs, and overseeing personnel management activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, addressing employee relations issues, and supporting HR management in fostering a positive and productive workplace. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practicesExperience in HR Management and developing HR PoliciesFamiliarity with Employee Benefits administration and programsSkills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and conflict resolutionStrong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of state and federal labor laws and compliance regulationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or equivalent is a plus
