Senior Tax ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead and scale a multinational tax function. This role is designed for a strategic tax leader who enjoys partnering closely with executives, shaping tax strategy, and modernizing tax operations in a complex, growing environment. The position offers broad exposure, meaningful impact on enterprise decisions, and the opportunity to build scalable tax infrastructure for the long term.Primary responsibilities include:• Own and execute tax strategy globally, planning, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on business initiatives, restructuring, cross‑border activity, and major investments• Evaluate tax implications of strategic projects• Oversee global income tax compliance and reporting, including tax provisions and deferred tax matters under U.S. GAAP• Lead international tax planning efforts, including transfer pricing frameworks, intercompany policies, and documentation support• Guide organizational readiness for evolving global tax regulations, including global minimum tax regimes• Direct relationships with external advisors and tax authorities and manage audits with minimal disruption• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global tax team with a focus on technical excellence and succession planning• Drive modernization of the tax function through automation, data improvement, and scalable processesPrimary qualifications include:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required• 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including international exposure• Proven experience with global tax strategy, tax accounting, and cross‑border planning for a multinational organization• Strong working knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts and global transfer pricing principles• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence at the executive level• Forward‑thinking mindset with interest in automation, process improvement, and data‑driven tax operations• Excellent judgment, communication skills, and discretion in handling highly sensitive mattersThis is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, enterprise‑level tax leadership role where your expertise will directly influence global strategy and long‑term value creation.
