Placement Type:TemporarySalary:$75-79.95 HourlyW2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ matchStart Date:ASAPOur client is seeking an experienced end to end lifecycle marketer, with a passion for growing consumer subscription businesses. The Services Strategist will work with a wide variety of functional teams across the company, including central marketing, engineering, product, data analytics, design, and business. You will be responsible for creating programs that connect with customers in a privacy friendly way to drive sign-ups and engagement to ensure they are getting the most out of their subscription service.Responsibilities:Integrated media strategies, developing and optimizing acquisition and retention strategies for various subscription servicesSupport national brand awareness campaigns and performance campaigns with specialized focus areas on Social, Digital, Custom Partnerships, Audio, CTV, OOHBuild comprehensive briefs, reviewing media plans and consolidating information from various channels to ensure the customer experience with all the attributions consideredCreate clear and concise leadership presentations for stakeholdersBuild cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimizationCollaborate with a broad range of teams in different time zones, including central marketing, engineering, product, data analytics, design, and businessDevelop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed, and insights are fed back into the plansDefine overall customer journeys, from point of acquisition to churn, and retargeting strategiesDevelop and optimize acquisition and retention strategies for our ServicesOptimize programs through A/B testing, offering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data driven insights and strategies to engage with customersMinimum Qualifications:5+ years experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a consumer subscription business with demonstrated success achieving growth goals5+ years media planning and strategy experienceExperience testing and optimizing multi-marketing channels (including ads, social, push notification, email and in-app messaging marketing tactics)Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detailPossess deep understanding of A/B testing and data driven optimization marketingShown ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing many projects and prioritiesBachelor's degree requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience working with creators or the creator economyComms and audience strategy experienceProficiency working within syndicated research sources (MRI/ Simmons, comScore, etc.) and social listening toolsThorough understanding of integrated marketing, integrating with product experiences, design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teamsExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skillsExceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnershipsAbility to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projectsAbout Aquent Talent:Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.Aquent is an equal-opportunity employer.
