The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to define data and reporting needs.Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Snowflake.Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources.Support data mapping, data lineage, and data quality initiatives.Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Assist in UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.Create dashboards, reports, and business insights using enterprise reporting tools.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide regular status updates.Required Skills8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst.Strong hands-on experience with SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, aggregations).Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse.Experience analyzing large datasets and performing data reconciliation.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Experience writing business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirements documents (FRD), and user stories.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
