Job Description The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:Taking full ownership of assigned projects from preconstruction through close-outLeading scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination and site operationsDriving proactive problem-solving, identifying risks early and implementing solutionsManaging client, consultant and internal team relationships to ensure alignment and trustOverseeing quality control, safety compliance and adherence to contract requirementsParticipating in preconstruction activities including estimating, constructability reviews and phasing strategiesMentoring and supporting project team members while fostering a positive, accountable team cultureEnsuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
