This role partners closely with property teams to enhance leasing effectiveness, improve prospect conversion, and provide additional support on priority initiatives across the portfolio.This is a highly sales-focused, field-based role that serves as a key resource across multiple communities, providing direct support to drive leasing success and maintain strong market presence.Essential FunctionsSupports leasing efforts across assigned properties to drive occupancy, traffic, and conversion resultsServes as a primary sales representative at assigned communities, ensuring a strong on-site presence and customer experienceMaintains ownership of lead management, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization of all prospectsAssists with prospect management, including responding to inquiries, coordinating tours, and supporting follow-up effortsPartners with on-site teams to ensure consistent leasing practices, sales techniques, and customer experience standardsConducts property walks, including model units and available homes, to ensure readiness and presentation standards are metMaintains knowledge of each assigned property, including amenities, local market conditions, and surrounding community features (schools, transportation, retail, etc.)Monitors leasing activity and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and executionEnsures all prospect and leasing activity is accurately recorded in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, CRM, and Elise AI)Assists in implementing marketing, outreach, and local community engagement initiatives to increase qualified trafficCollaborates with leadership to support priority properties and targeted portfolio initiatives, ensuring timely execution and resultsReviews market trends, including pricing, occupancy, and competitor activity, and shares insights with leadership as neededTravels between communities, providing hands-on leasing support and operational assistance as neededMaintains strong knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and leasing trendsEnsures compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and leasing standardsQUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.)High school diploma or GED required2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or sales/customer-facing rolesProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with leasing systems (e.g., Yardi, CRM tools) preferredStrong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and manage multiple priorities independentlyPAY: $20 - $25/hr + commissionAbout Us: Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
