All positions are onsite, unless otherwise stated.Position SummaryThe Accounting and Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the data entry of weekly payroll records, including but not limited to attendance, overtime, Paid Time Off (PTO) and approved leaves of absence to Airport Operations crewmembers. The Coordinator also processes all Cash Management functions as required in the station.Essential ResponsibilitiesAccurate entry of payroll data in accordance with Airport Blue Book Supplement (ABBS) policiesMonitor and maintain crewmember attendance tracking, dependability, daily work schedules, PTO and draft dependability eGuidance, when necessaryTrack and inform Airport Operations crewleaders of daily attendance of crewmembersRun reports of day/shift trades and Paid Time Off (PTO) for scheduling purposesCoordinate and post overtime shifts, relief schedules and shift bid schedule and complete additional reporting as requested by Airports Operations crewleadersAct as a point of contact for Airport Operations crewmembers for issues dealing with weekly paychecksProcess all Cash Management functions listed within the Cash Management Policy (Cash Funds, Drafts, Deposits, Petty Cash, Safe reconciliation, Voids, and Reconcile Vouchers) (Station Specific)Verify and code invoices for processingReconcile daily ticket sales and prepare required bank deposits for all cash generated (Station Specific)Maintain Visa’s records and reconciliation when needed (Station Specific)Monitor and maintain monthly parking/transit voucher distributionReview expense reports and receipts submitted by Airport Operations crewmembersCollect all re-protect and non-revenue tickets issued by other airlines for use on JetBlue AirwaysSupport the SIDA Badge functions when onboarding crewmembers at the stationRespond to email inquiries in a timely fashionOther duties as assignedAuto req ID471933BRMinimum Education RequiredHigh School/GEDJob_CategoryOperationsAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesMinimum Experience and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) DiplomaOne (1) year of administrative experienceComplete fluency in written and spoken EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) BadgeMust work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekendsMust be at least 18 years oldAvailable for overnight travel (10%)Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug testMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedAuthorization to work in the US is required.
