Agency OTDA Project Public Assistance Recovery and Tracking System (PARTS) Renewal Description These resources are needed to continue to work on Phase II of the PARTS project, which is focused on redesigning the current antiquated Mainframe solution for the Lottery Application and replacing it with a new Oracle based solution. Note No visa sponsorship. Qualifications 84 months experience working directly with Oracle 12c or higher, including PL/SQL, functions, stored procedures, table handling, tuning, and business rules. 84 months experience performing application development work using PL/SQL. 60 months experience performing development work using Oracle Application Express to build web-based database application systems. 60 months experience monitoring a 24/7 production schedule of approximately 250 jobs a month; responding to communications from production control staff and resolving operational problems. 60 months experience creating production environment runbooks using a shell scripting tool, with Perl scripting preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
