About the RoleThis role supports a multi-year enterprise modernization program, focused on transforming legacy systems into scalable, flexible, and innovative platforms. You’ll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a bridge between business and IT teamsAnalyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunitiesTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsSupport business process redesign and system integration effortsLead workshops, design sessions, and cross-functional meetingsCoordinate across multiple projects and stakeholdersMonitor KPIs and ensure alignment with project goalsFacilitate issue resolution and ensure timely delivery of solutionsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in commercial healthcare3+ years of experience with State Medicaid systems3+ years familiarity with MITA frameworks6+ years working with data structures, EDI, and file formats6+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvementExperience supporting cross-functional, enterprise-level initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience in large-scale business & technology integration projectsKnowledge of federal certification processesBackground in project managementWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable leading discussions and influencing decision-makingEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a Technical field (or equivalent experience)
