Cabinet Customer Support Representative
Core Responsibilities
Review kitchen layouts and cabinet designs to identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential production issues before order processing
Generate accurate quotes and invoices using QuickBooks
Process customer payments and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records
Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
Provide timely, professional support to clients regarding orders, product questions, and general concerns
Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies, delays, or product concerns
Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed notes and documentation on customer interactions and order updates
Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure a positive experience
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
