Job Duties: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored situationsGenerate and close high-quality leads, consistently achieving multi-million-dollar sales goals while providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationshipsCollaborate closely with installation and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional overall customer experienceDrive HVAC sales growth by proactively identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients in residential sectors.Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordIn-home sales in HVAC/construction or similar industryProven sales of $2.5M+ for a minimum of 2 yearsTop notch communication, customer service and follow-up skillsAbility to physically crawl in tight spaces and hot attics for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times per day and/or climb ladders and traverse roofsAbility to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneouslyIf it sounds like AirTech HVAC is the right place for you, please apply right away!!
