The Bomber Operational Lead supports the integration of B-21 Raider operations between the host base and HQ AFGSC. This role focuses on coordinating operational, training, and compliance activities across multiple units and ensuring alignment with higher headquarters requirements. The position works closely with operational, training, and support elements to ensure effective execution of conventional and nuclear mission requirements.What You'll Do:Support integration of B-21 operations across host base and HQ AFGSCCoordinate activities across Formal Training Units, Operations Squadrons, OSS, and simulator programsEnsure compliance with Technical Orders and Department of the Air Force InstructionsAdvise on conventional and nuclear operations, training, and timelinesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational integrationRequired Experience:5+ years of USAF bomber aircrew experience (B-1B, B-2A, or B-52H)Graduate of a USAF Flight Instructor Course or equivalentExperience supporting operational planning, training, or mission execution within a bomber platformExperience working within squadron, group, or wing-level operationsFamiliarity with Air Force Technical Orders and operational compliance requirementsExperience coordinating across multiple units or organizations in support of mission objectivesPreferred Experience:Nuclear bomber experience (EWO certified)USAF safety or nuclear surety experienceAircraft maintenance experiencePRP/PRAP Manager experienceComponent Command or higher-level experienceAbout the Organization About Markesman Group: Markesman Group has gathered the nation's foremost experts in Cyber, ISR, Enterprise IT and Intelligence Analysis.
