About the JobAbout the Job:Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs and LPNs) positions in:Area 1: Boston (Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury).Area 2: Brighton (Brighton, Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville). Qualifications of a Staff Nurse include:A current nursing license in Massachusetts RN or LPN.Hands-on nursing experience .Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong interpersonal skills.Good computer skills.Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse include:Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.Collaborate with clients' primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.Benefits:Competitive Pay Per Visit!
