Position SummaryThis position will partner with operations leadership and teams in the visioning and design of analytic solutions to drive differentiated service, operational efficiency, and a positive client experience. The analyst will work to realize these solutions through data acquisition across a wide portfolio of source systems, data preparation, and data visualization, providing information that is both relevant and actionable. In addition, the position will supportexisting reports and tools and answer ad hoc inquiries as needed.Essential FunctionsLocate, extract, manipulate, and organize data from operational source systems in support of analytic tool development (SQL, Microsoft SSIS, Alteryx).Partner with varying levels of operations leadership to understand challenges, goals, and pain points, designing analytic solutions to address themDevelop data visualizations through Tableau that present information to PBM Services Operational teams and leadership that is both relevant and actionableEnhance/troubleshoot existing reports, tools, and data feeds to support evolving business needs.Present results and/or recommendations to key business stakeholders up to and including Senior StaffWork collaboratively with colleagues to maximize value delivered through team activity.Work with cross functional teams to develop sustained analytical solutionsQualificationsHigh School Diploma required2+ years’ relevant experience requiredBachelor’s Degree preferredAnalytical and strategic thinking skills preferredSQL and Tableau Experience requiredExperience with the following preferred: Data Modeling, Microsoft SSIS, Data Bricks preferredProficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word preferredStrong organizational and customer service skills preferredStrong communication/presentation/meeting facilitation skills preferredSolution design and Troubleshooting skills preferredDemonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines preferredAbility to handle/balance multiple projects or tasks at a time preferredKnowledge of PBM Industry and contact center operations preferred but not requiredIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,000 - 131,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
