Summary Of PositionThe Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the health and performance of our sales engine. You will own our CRM, performance reporting, and bridge the gap between the Sales team and other groups. This position is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional who seeks to join a growing company. This position will also provide the opportunity for independent initiative and judgment to improve systems, reporting & analytics, and reduce manual processes. Full benefits packages, including health/life insurance and 401(K) are offered.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales reps, including pipeline velocity, win/loss and lead conversion ratios and forecast healthCustomer & Order Analytics: Build custom reports for customer and order trend analysis to reduce churn and create a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to distribute to sales team and executive teamCRM OwnershipServe as the primary champion and Subject Matter Expert for our CRM (SalesForce).
