The right match can change someone's financial life.Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid role, primarily virtual, for a Client Success Lead based in Virginia.You'll be the first human voice many of our users hear - guiding people throughout the onboarding process or answering questions on how AdvisorFinder works, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and ongoing support. When you're not doing that, you'll work directly alongside AdvisorFinder leadership to support general operations.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clientsExceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate solutions effectivelyExperience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience managementProficiency in providing Customer Service to address concerns and resolve issuesStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with financial services or advisory practices is a plus, but not a requirementBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related fieldWhat We're Looking For1–4 years of experience in customer success, client services, or a high-touch support role - startup experience is a strong plus, but not requiredWarm, clear communicator - you can make someone feel heard and confident in a 10-minute callOrganized and self-directed; you can shift priorities without dropping open itemsHubSpot or comparable CRM experience a plusEnergized by variety - no two days here look the same, and that excites you rather than stresses you outComfortable in an early-stage environment where you're helping build something, not just maintaining it
