Job Title: Marketing Science Partner IVLocation: Remote (U.S.)Duration: 5+ Month and Extension Up to 30 Month(s)Role OverviewThe Marketing Science Partner IV is a data-driven measurement specialist responsible for designing and executing advanced marketing analytics strategies that quantify advertising effectiveness and business impact. This role focuses on applying statistical rigor and experimental methodologies to evaluate cross-channel media performance and influence strategic marketing decisions for large-scale advertisers.The position requires strong expertise in causal inference, experimental design, and media measurement frameworks, along with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of advanced measurement frameworks to quantify the incremental impact of advertising on business outcomes (e.g., lift studies, attribution models, MMM inputs).Develop and operationalize scalable analytics solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of cross-platform and cross-media marketing strategies.Conduct deep-dive analyses, including custom ad effectiveness studies and meta-analyses, to evaluate campaign performance across digital and offline channels.Define and drive measurement learning agendas, including test-and-learn frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, and performance benchmarks.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Marketing teams to align measurement strategies with business objectives.Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing media planning, budget allocation, and optimization strategies.Standardize and promote best practices in marketing measurement methodologies, including incrementality testing, attribution, and causal modeling.Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve measurement tools, analytics capabilities, and data infrastructure.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, advertising measurement, or quantitative research.Strong expertise in statistical methods such as experimental design, regression modeling, causal inference, and hypothesis testing.Hands-on experience with ad effectiveness measurement techniques (e.g., A/B testing, lift studies, attribution models, marketing mix modeling).Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including branding and performance marketing metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV).Proven ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, business-focused recommendations.Experience influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with large-scale datasets and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or similar).Familiarity with cross-media measurement, multi-touch attribution, and privacy-centric measurement approaches.Experience in media platforms, ad tech, or large-scale digital advertising environments.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
