Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of our cutting-edge drone solutions. Your expertise will optimize supply chain efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and foster continuous improvement across our organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing process improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Manage procurement activities including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management using ERP systems such as SAP ERP or Oracle EBS. Oversee inventory control and demand planning processes utilizing tools like Power BI, SQL, and supply chain analytics to forecast needs accurately. Lead logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of components and finished products while minimizing costs through root cause analysis and process optimization. Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing to streamline workflows and eliminate waste. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production planning using MRP systems for efficient resource utilization. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and develop corrective action plans to mitigate future risks. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or technology sectors. Strong knowledge of ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and related supply chain modules. Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI for supply chain analytics. Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis; experience with demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and production planning. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field; advanced certifications like CSCP or CPIM are a plus.
