The Lead Fulfillment Operations Technician plays a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting team operations and ensuring medications are packaged, staged and prepared accurately and efficiently for delivery to our customers. This role also assists with workflow communication, inventory management, automated dispensing operations and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards.Location: 962 South Dorset Road, Troy, OH 45373Schedule: Full-time 2nd shift position with an every-other-weekend rotation. Scheduled hours will be determined based on business needs.Reports to: Shift SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate workflow and support fulfillment operations to ensure production deadlines and accuracy standards are metSupport automated dispensing, packaging, bulk fulfillment, staging, and inventory replenishment activitiesAssist with staff training, workflow communication, and operational issue escalationMaintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and safety standardEnsure work areas remain clean, organized, and inspection readyThe ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of federal or state laws to leadership, Human Resources, or the Compliance OfficerQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredActive Pharmacy Technician registration/license in good standing required per state regulationsPharmacy or fulfillment operations experience preferredExperience working in a high-volume or long-term care pharmacy environment preferredSkills + Abilities:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shiftAbility to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the workdayAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. as neededBasic computer and pharmacy systems proficiency preferredClarest is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
